Process Engineer
The interview process started with a screening MS Teams conversation and then a screening MS Teams interview. After that, there were two more rounds: the 1st and 2nd round interviews. All of these were done virtually because of covid-19 at the time. They moved pretty quickly, which put some pressure on me to decide since I had other offers, but it was still reasonable.
- Do you have any questions for me?
Manufacturing Engineer
It was a three round interview process, all behavioral questions. The first round was just standard behavioral questions. The second round was pretty long, 4 hours, talking to different employees, and also your potential supervisor. You also had to give a 30 min presentation on a project you did. The last round was another 3 hour interview.
- Can you share an instance where you collaborated with a team to achieve an objective?
- Can you present a project you have worked on?
Process Engineer
Had a few short chats with different departments and their staff. Then we went on a tour of the labs and factory. It all took about 2.5 hours. Very professional and friendly. No tough questions. A really pleasant and relaxed experience.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- What is your opinion on topic XYZ?
