Financial Analyst
We have a 3 step interview process. First, HR will screen you to talk about your background, soft skills and if you are a good cultural fit. Then, if you pass the HR screen, you will have a technical or departmental interview to assess your specific expertise. Lastly, if you pass the first two stages, you'll have a final round with senior management before they make a hiring decision.

Data Analyst
The interview process was good, especially for beginners. The HR and team members were polite, and the interface was user-friendly. Overall, it's a decent company to start your career with, particularly for freshers.
- Can you do a guesstimate?
- Tell me about your analytical skills.
- Basic introductory questions.
Associate Director
The interview seemed more about gathering info than a real hiring process. The interviewer said they were 'picking my brain for a client problem' while I was documenting technical solutions. You should consider if you're being interviewed or consulted. It felt like they were not hiring for a software product role but rather were a research and analytics bodyshopper.
- What are your thoughts on various fraud solutions?
- Can you explain microservices in relation to fraud solutions?
IT Engineer
The interview had a few stages: first resume screening, then an online assignment, followed by two technical interviews, and finally an HR interview. The first technical interview was fine, but the second one with the VP was strange. Instead of technical stuff, they asked me why I use a MacBook, if I'm rich, and about politics. It was supposed to be a technical interview, but no technical questions were asked. I was polite, but it was disappointing.
