It was three rounds total. First round was a case study where I had to prep a deck about a niche market in China. Second was an interview with questions about managing people and what's happening in the industry. Third round was with an Associate Director, focusing on client handling and communication, and how I'd scope requests and figure out the best way to do things.

Behavioral Technical Case

HR was slow with emails. There were two rounds. The first round had two interviews: one with group managers and another with the AVP. The interview with the first group manager was nice, but the second one was a bit stiff. They were mainly asking market sizing questions. They explained the role well. The interview with the AVP was more about my experience, but it wasn't very friendly. For a senior role, it felt off. They knew I was an MBA interviewing for a manager role, but the interviewer still asked very technical questions. Be ready for technical questions in your domain. Practice market sizing and be ready to negotiate salary a lot. HR can be quite picky about salary. Have your justifications ready. Salary is quite variable.

First I had a chat with HR, then the project manager and last the general manager. HR mostly asked about my previous work experience, so be sure you know your resume inside out. Then, during the interview with the project manager, you'll have to do a case study. Lastly, the general manager asked some general questions.
