First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Evalueserve.
Financial Analyst
We have a 3 step interview process. First, HR will screen you to talk about your background, soft skills and if you are a good cultural fit. Then, if you pass the HR screen, you will have a technical or departmental interview to assess your specific expertise. Lastly, if you pass the first two stages, you'll have a final round with senior management before they make a hiring decision.
- Can you explain negative working capital?
- How do you calculate ICR?
- What is the capitalization rate?
Financial Analyst
So the process was like, first you do this aptitude test where they check your logical reasoning, QUANT, English, GK and data interpretation skills. After that, they shortlist resumes. Then there are three interview rounds, each lasting about 25-40 minutes. Finally, there's an HR round. Oh, and no group discussion. You should also be ready for guesstimates.
- Tell me about your internship experiences.
- Tell me about your family.
- What is your educational background?
Financial Analyst
The interview process started with an HR round where they asked about me, the job, and if I was okay with shifts and working late. Then, there was a technical round focusing on ratios, financial statements, and related concepts and conventions. The final round was also technical, covering US financials, tax returns, and some situation-based questions.
- Tell me about yourself
- Can you explain the basics of financial statements?
- What do you know about ratios?
