Business Analyst
Hiring manager and senior manager will interview. Expect moderate level questions, which should be doable with good sector knowledge for this role. HR is strict about offering and will push for low salary hikes, so negotiation is key.
- Can you describe your past work experience?
Business Analyst
I had a great experience with this company. The process included HR and technical interviews, a case study, and a final interview. Although I wasn't selected, it was a great experience. For the role, you need to be able to review financial analysis and financial websites.
- HR and technical interview
- Case study
- Final interview
Business Analyst
The interview process started with an HR round where they talked about the job and asked about my background. Then, I had a case study interview with the manager. The first part was about my experience and projects, and the second part involved two case studies to check my research skills under pressure. After that, I was given four research case study exercises to complete within a week. The final interview was with the HOD, who was very pleasant and clearly explained the job scope. Although the interview itself was fine, the salary offered was too low considering the relocation and limited opportunities.
- When presenting information to a client, what are your top three deciding factors?
