The one-on-one interview happened rapidly. There were around 2 rounds of interviews which all took place in a day. The process actually got initiated through a third-party agency and they communicated initially collecting my CV from Naukri. It was astonishing to see that even after collecting my updated CV, the HR and the E-value serve team were provided with the old CV collected from Naukri. In addition, all the relevant job experience and salary were also not communicated clearly with the E-value serve team initially. It all fell apart in the interview when the AVP was asking questions referring to my old CV, and experience, and in the final round, I was rejected stating that I don't have relevant experience of the profile it was asked for. To my astonishment, if this was the case, they should not have raised hopes by shortlisting me in the 2 rounds. Secondly, I was not at all asked any questions in regard to the industry experience of the profile, and then I was given this excuse of the profile.
