Coding Technical Behavioral

So the whole thing started with an online assessment, which was basically a coding round. It had coding problems like DSA, algorithms, and general problem-solving. Plus, there were some aptitude/MCQ questions on tech stuff like OS, DBMS, and Computer Networks. After that, if you passed, you got invited to one or two technical interviews. These really dug into data structures, the basics of system design, and those core subjects (OS, DBMS, CN). They also wanted me to talk about my previous projects and internships and any tech on my resume, like Python, Java, SQL, Docker, or ML/AI. Some interviewers threw real-world problem scenarios at me and asked for my design or implementation approach. The last part was a managerial or HR round. This one was all about behavioral and situational questions, checking for cultural fit, and seeing why I wanted to join. They asked about how I work in a team, problems I'd encountered, and what my future plans are.

Behavioral Technical Coding

The first round was a virtual screening, mostly asking about my experience, the skills I've used in projects, and any challenges I've faced, along with other skills and interests. It was alright. The second round was face-to-face. I applied for an automation role, but they asked a lot about test planning, scenarios, and creating test cases, along with DB designs and queries. It felt less like they were hiring for automation and more like they needed a team lead or a QA analyst for manual testing.

Technical Coding System Design Behavioral

First up is a Technical Round where they really dig into what you know and what you can do. You'll probably get asked to solve problems, talk about projects you've worked on, and show you get the tools and tech. Be ready for some coding, talking about how to build things, and tricky questions to see how you actually use your skills. Then there's the Manager Round, which is less about just the tech and more about you as a person on the team. The manager wants to see your leadership vibes, how you talk to people, how you work with others, and how you handle tough spots. They'll also want to know if you get what the team is trying to do and if you can help them get there. Lastly, the HR Round is for all the practical stuff, like pay, perks, and company rules, and just generally if you're a good fit. They'll chat about money, benefits, how things work here, and what you want for your career. It's also your time to ask about what it's like to work there, chances to grow, and how they help employees.

Behavioral Technical

I interviewed with Epicor Malaysia and had a good experience. Communication was clear from the start with a confirmation email and timely updates on the schedule, and the instructions were detailed. The interview day was welcoming with polite interviewers who introduced themselves and explained the interview structure. The questions were relevant and allowed me to show my technical and soft skills. I liked the two-way interaction where they encouraged my questions and gave honest answers about company culture, expectations, and growth. The whole process was well-organized and transparent. I'm grateful for the opportunity.
