Project Manager
The project manager interview process I went through was pretty epic, at least for the first three stages before I bowed out. It started with a thorough phone screening to check if I met the basic requirements. After that, there was a super long proctored online assessment to test my skills. Then, the final stage involved a bunch of interviews to dig into my experience, how I handle teamwork, and my problem-solving abilities, all to see if I'd be a good fit.

Project Manager
I had a really disappointing experience with a recruiter at Epicor. After I applied, the recruiter contacted me to connect. She mentioned she'd be out of office for three days but assured me we'd connect the next week. I gave her my availability, but instead of hearing back, I got a rejection email saying they'd moved on with other candidates without even replying to my email. It made me wonder why she reached out initially. A recruiter's professionalism is super important for a company's image and the candidate experience. What I went through felt unprofessional. I really think Epicor should train their recruiting team better or choose different people to represent them to candidates.

Project Manager
The whole process went pretty smoothly and at a good speed. There were just three interviews in total. Started with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finished with the team interview. Everyone I spoke with was really nice. The recruiter was super responsive and easy to deal with.
- Can you describe your working style?
