The interview process was pretty straightforward. First, there was a phone screen to gauge your understanding of the company culture (apparently it's quite unique, with an inside joke about "not drinking the Kool-Aid"), and to discuss salary expectations. They also wanted to assess your work ethic, willingness to travel frequently, and comfort level with their specialized MUMPS/Cache database. Following that, there was a skills assessment comprising about five brief programming quizzes, which took around 1-2 hours to complete.
