Technical

I went through two rounds of interviews, both of which were technical. The first one was a virtual interview with a senior team member, and the second was an in-person interview with the hiring manager.

The interview process had 3 rounds. The first was a technical round, which included two parts. After that, there was a managerial round with the BA lead. The final round was with HR. We were there all day from 10 AM to 6 PM for all the interviews, but they did give us lunch.

Technical Behavioral

It started with HR reaching out and setting up the interview based on my availability. I went to their Bangalore office for the interview. The interviewer didn't seem to have a good grasp of the Business Analyst role or their typical workflow. They weren't clear about what they were looking for in a candidate for this position. However, the HR person was helpful and gave me honest feedback about my application. The interviewer seemed more interested in whether I had domain knowledge of their warehouse management tool rather than assessing my problem-solving skills or how I'd handle business challenges. It was evident that the interviewer lacked knowledge about BA interviews and other business domains they hadn't worked in.
