Behavioral Technical

It all started really fast. I saw the post on LinkedIn, sent my resume, and the recruiter contacted me minutes later to schedule an interview. This stage happened, and on the same day, she scheduled the technical interview. The technical part was also quite straightforward, with questions mainly about the day-to-day tasks of the role. The only issue is that after this, they sent it to the client and we never heard back from them again. I asked the recruiter several times, and she always said the client hadn't responded yet. Unfortunately, this becomes very frustrating for the candidate, as we don't know if we still have a chance or not.

Behavioral

Behavioral Technical Coding

It started with an initial chat with HR who gave a thorough presentation of the company, covering its history, locations, and culture. Then it was my turn to talk about my background, education, and past projects. The recruiter was sharp and asked some technical questions, not too deep, but worth noting for a first interview. After passing that, a technical interview was scheduled with two experienced team members. Despite being technical, they made me feel comfortable and asked a lot of questions. The first question was about my biggest technical challenge and how I solved it. They also asked about architecture, SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns (with examples), Dependency Injection, microservices, messaging services, unit, integration, and load testing, AWS/Azure, pipelines, and agile methodologies. Both the HR and technical interviews lasted about an hour.
