Fui contatado via LinkedIn para uma oportunidade. Tive uma primeira conversa com o RH que foi tranquila. Depois, participei de um bate-papo com o time técnico, que também foi bem leve e tranquilo. No entanto, após essa etapa, não obtive mais nenhum retorno nem fui aprovado, tampouco recebi um feedback. Meu contato do RH sumiu, o que é uma pena, pois seria bom receber um parecer, mesmo que fosse para informar que não seguiram com a candidatura.

The process is called CWI Crescer and it seemed like a great way to start in the job market. All companies should do the same. However, you need to know programming before starting the program and before starting your degree because you will be evaluated based on practical knowledge. They also evaluate if you are in the best moment to do the program. You shouldn't enroll in too many degree subjects because you need to have free time to study the program's content, otherwise you will be disqualified.

I had my first interview with HR, she was very nice! After that, I was interviewed in the second phase by a backend, a frontend, and a Manager. In the last phase, I interviewed with the client's manager. Everyone was nice which made me feel comfortable and want to participate in the project.
