First, we did a logical test. After finishing that, we started a mini-course that lasted 2 months covering OOP, databases, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TCC. Right after that, a TCC in groups that were randomly assigned. After going through all the processes, 60 candidates went to the interview, with only 30 moving on to the second stage for the internship and then for the job offer.
