Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at CWI Software.
Systems Analyst
The professionals are top-notch, and the managers are very human. As people, I can guarantee it's the best company to work for. I fell in love with the team and the structure, which is focused on unity and humanism. I recommend it.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- What makes you want this job?
- What are you good at and what could you improve?
Systems Analyst
The process was very effective. First, there was a call with HR to talk about the job, the company, and benefits, and I shared my experience and current situation. Then, another interview with HR, the technology manager, and a squad member for a more detailed view of the role and company, where I again discussed my background. Finally, the technology manager presented the offer and more details on the activity planning.
- Tell me about your experience.
- Why are you looking for a new job?
- What are your salary expectations?
Business Analyst
I had an interview with HR and some leadership. They asked a bunch of questions but didn't seem that interested in the answers. It felt like they didn't really know how to interview someone and kept giving each other weird looks.
- Can you handle working with a lot of documentation?
