After finishing LVL 1 of the Crescer project, I had the interview. There were two interviewers; one asked technical questions and the other asked profile-based questions. The technical questions focused solely on basic concepts and theoretical knowledge, with no live coding. The profile questions were quite honest and relevant.

The interview was very relaxed and the people were really nice, which made the process easy. It matters more if you know how to get along in a group, rather than just knowing how to program. So, it's a great company if you're interested in learning.

The selection process itself was great, the company welcomed me very well and made me feel very comfortable in the interviews. However, the company has no commitment to providing feedback on selection processes to candidates. I sent 2 emails and also contacted the recruiter on LinkedIn asking for feedback, and it was never sent. The company has no commitment to the community or to professionals interested in joining the team, and they do not contribute to professional growth through feedback.
