First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Crocs.
Marketing
Started in end March and got an offer in July. The process involved HR first, then my future manager, followed by cross-functional teams (product), and then back to marketing (media and integrated marketing). There were about 5-7 rounds with cross-functional teams, marketing folks, the Vice President, and the CMO.
- What are the company values?
- Tell me about CAYA.
- Describe the GTM Process.
Sales Associate
The interview process was way too long for such a simple position. The hiring manager was extremely rude, rolling his eyes so hard it looked like they would fall back whenever I answered a question. There was no response to my follow-up and no call when they moved onto the hiring process. A simple automated email saying you moved onto the hiring process would suffice.
- What makes you want to work at Crocs?
Financial Analyst
The interview process had 4 rounds. It started with a recruiter call, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a conversation with a cross-functional partner, and the final interview was with the Finance VP. I was feeling good about it because I got positive feedback throughout. After the last interview, I thought I would get an offer. But a week later, I still hadn't heard back, so I emailed them. They responded saying they didn't think I was enthusiastic enough and were looking at other candidates. I find this strange, especially after making it to the final round. They should give better feedback than just a one-sentence dismissal, and they certainly shouldn't lie about it. They wasted my time.
- In your opinion, where do you see yourself in 5 years?
- What is your understanding of Crocs?
Manager, Visual Merchandising
I notice Crocs lacks a lot of professionalism in their interview process. The talent team ghosts every time. If you can't even have a layer of human decency in the process of interviewing, it seems there is a critical pillar in your organization lacking. I have interviewed for numerous positions with multiple members of the talent team, and it is a constant amongst all of them. I have known people who worked at Crocs corporate who had to quit due to the toxic environment, so I am always trepidatious applying, but unfortunately, they're one of the only large companies in this field in the Denver metro.
- Can you describe your previous work experiences?
- What are your career aspirations and what do you seek in a job?
