Team Lead
The interview wasn't that hard, I've been through harder ones. The only difficult part was the end. I got there early and was told to wait about 15 minutes to see the manager. The manager asked normal interview questions blah blah UNTIL the end when he asked a personal question that I don't think should EVER be asked in interviews. I think interviewers should stick to the job description and keep their personal curiosity to themselves. I was taken back by the question, it was off-putting and unnecessary. I went home and cried, it was a HORRIBLE experience. It made my self-esteem go down because if the manager noticed it, it means others probably look down upon it too, making me super self-conscious. I was born this way and having to question it makes it seem like it's my fault, but it's not. I can't help how I was born. I've interviewed with Fortune 500 companies like Amazon and never had this experience before.
- Tell me what you know about Crocs
Team Lead
They were really down to earth and caring during the interview process. It was clear they take pride in their work and really live by the “come as you are” philosophy. I had a really pleasant experience with the interviewers; they made me feel comfortable and treated me like a professional.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Team Lead
The interview was super relaxed and I felt totally at ease the whole time. The interviewer was really chill and pleasant. It was also a pretty fast interview.
- What are your aspirations for the next five years?
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to help a customer in a past role?
