The HR department was very unorganized. After two interviews, the direct manager asked me to prepare and present an assignment. HR called to schedule an interview, then canceled it two minutes later, saying they'd called the wrong candidate. I was super frustrated about not progressing. Then, a few days later, the manager emailed me about the presentation! HR really messed things up for me and other candidates. I presented the assignment, which took me a while to prepare, and they didn't even bother to reply with a rejection. Management seemed nice, but HR was terrible.
