It was a three-stage process. First, I had to answer some questions about myself and my work experience by recording a video. If they liked that, I was then asked to do a case study task that I could do whenever I wanted, which was nice. The tasks were like the actual work for the job. Lastly, I had a live interview with one or two managers. The communication was good and it was well set up. The only bad thing was I could only ask questions at the end.

It was a pretty fast interview process with quick feedback after each round. There were three rounds of interviews and a writing test. After the last interview, there was no response, and when I reached out, they asked about my notice period. No offer was extended. They didn't ask for my availability when scheduling, just told me the times.

The first step was an HR interview (30 mins), which I got through a referral. Then, I had a 30-minute interview with a Senior Consultant from the department I applied for. I was expecting a homework assignment (1-2 hours) and a final interview with a director, but they chose another candidate before sending me the homework.

So the interview process for this role starts with you sending in your application. After that, there's a screening, then a technical skills test. Then you'll have some deeper interviews to see if you're a good fit for the team and company culture. Finally, there's a last interview with the higher-ups. If everything goes well, you'll get an offer, and sometimes there's some back and forth on the details. Then there's a post-interview stage.
