The first step was an HR interview (30 mins), which I got through a referral. Then, I had a 30-minute interview with a Senior Consultant from the department I applied for. I was expecting a homework assignment (1-2 hours) and a final interview with a director, but they chose another candidate before sending me the homework.

I talked about my previous security consulting job and spoke in the target language. I had a contact there which made it simple to get started, but honestly, I regret taking the offer. Avoid any roles in APAC.

Behavioral Group Presentation

The whole thing took about 2 months, with 3 rounds of interviews. First, I had a chat with HR. Then, there was an online group interview which included a written exercise done individually and then a group presentation. The final part was an in-person meeting where I had to give a 10-minute presentation I'd prepared beforehand, followed by some questions about the job and the industry.
