The interview process felt like they were trying to get free consulting work done. It was essentially 2-3 days of probono consulting. I know this because my company had pitched services to the same client they asked me to do diligence on during the interview.

It was a pretty fast interview process with quick feedback after each round. There were three rounds of interviews and a writing test. After the last interview, there was no response, and when I reached out, they asked about my notice period. No offer was extended. They didn't ask for my availability when scheduling, just told me the times.
