Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Control Risks.
Intern
I was given a task to do beforehand, I had 24 hours to complete it and then had a standard interview in person. We talked through my task and how I felt it went.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Intern
I sent my resume, then got a call to schedule an in-office interview. At the interview, I spoke with the CHO about my accomplishments, and we chatted about our university experiences and careers since we're alumni. After that, I was told I'd get an Excel task to complete and send back within 30 minutes. Finally, they called to either offer me the job or say thanks.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Internship
It was a long interview process for an internship, with three separate parts. One part was an in-person presentation at the offices, which felt like a lot for such a junior position. Everyone was friendly.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
