The interview process was pretty straightforward and organized. It kicked off with an online assessment that had basic aptitude, logical reasoning, and a few technical questions. It was moderately challenging, so with a bit of prep, it was doable. After passing that, I had a technical interview where they asked about fundamental concepts, problem-solving, and some scenarios to gauge my practical skills. The interviewer was helpful and provided guidance when needed. The last stage was an HR interview focusing on my communication, confidence, and general questions like my strengths, weaknesses, career aspirations, and if I was open to relocating. All in all, the process felt smooth, clear, and not too tough if you've done some basic preparation.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and not too difficult, although the questions were very relevant. They focused a lot on puzzles to assess critical thinking. Most of the puzzles were from GeeksforGeeks, and there was also a product review case study involved. I was asked to choose a product and discuss its pros and cons. Overall, it was a good experience.

The first interview went fine, but the next one was a disaster. The hiring manager was late, hadn't looked at my resume, and seemed completely uninterested, like they already had someone picked and were just going through the motions. It was clear within minutes that I was just there to check a box. The rest of the 45 minutes was marked by rudeness and indifference. I probably should have ended it early. What a waste of time and a huge red flag for how they hire. I told HR about it afterward, but they didn't reply.

My interview experience with ConnectWise was really good, even though I didn't make it through. The process was pretty simple and focused on basic tech stuff. They asked about Agile methodologies, which is pretty important for the job. If you know your Agile stuff, you should be good. The interviewers were nice and professional, so it felt comfortable talking to them. They seemed more interested in how you think than if you got the exact right answer. Even though I didn't get it this time, it was a valuable learning experience and I'll be more ready next time. I'd totally recommend applying if you've got a good handle on Agile basics and other core concepts. It's a great chance with a great company.
