The first round is a standard Teams interview where you'll need to know a bit about the company. The second round involves a 35-minute presentation about yourself, your understanding of the company, and an example of how you'd upsell. The final round includes a personality test, which they take very seriously and almost judge you on before you can discuss it, so be careful.

It was a 3 stage process. I started with a short call with Talent, then a Zoom call with the hiring manager. The last stage was an in-person meeting with the hiring manager that included a presentation. The first two stages were about 30 minutes each.
