The interview process kicked off with an email from an HR Rep asking 5 questions about why I picked ConnectWise and my suitability for a customer-facing role. I could either record my answers or write them out, which was fine. Soon after, an in-person interview was set up, and they were flexible with scheduling. Just before I arrived, I got an email saying the job was filled. When I brought this up in the meeting, the HR Rep downplayed it, saying they were actually interviewing two people. The interview itself was laid-back, mostly standard questions like strengths, weaknesses, and team contributions, followed by some fun questions at the end. The Rep mentioned she'd follow up by Friday, but I never heard back, even after sending an email for an update.

First, I had a quick phone chat with the manager. We just talked, and they asked if I'd checked out the website and some other general things. Then, I went in for an in-person interview with three people. It felt pretty laid-back, mostly just standard interview questions. After that, there was an online assessment they wanted me to do at home. Once I sent that back, I got another call to set up the next interview. This one involved me doing an exercise using the software with one of the managers. That was the last part, and I got the job offer the very next day.

So I had a phone interview first, which was basically just a screen. Then I had a face to face with 3 associates, and finally, a round that tested my problem-solving skills and how I'd navigate their systems. The first in-person interview felt a bit rushed, like they were just firing off questions without much interaction until that weird round. It's kinda standard these days, but I expected more from this company. They asked basic questions, some situational, and then that oddball round. Overall, I thought I did great, but I haven't heard back after reaching out three times. After a phone screen, two in-person interviews, and an IQ test, I at least expected a simple email back. It felt unprofessional, especially given their high standards for ethics.
