It was a straightforward, 3-step, completely remote interview process. The last interview involved a 15-minute presentation. The people were super friendly and the questions were easy, a mix of basic and behavioral. I heard back about moving forward via email about a week after the final interview.

My interview experience with ConnectWise was really good, even though I didn't make it through. The process was pretty simple and focused on basic tech stuff. They asked about Agile methodologies, which is pretty important for the job. If you know your Agile stuff, you should be good. The interviewers were nice and professional, so it felt comfortable talking to them. They seemed more interested in how you think than if you got the exact right answer. Even though I didn't get it this time, it was a valuable learning experience and I'll be more ready next time. I'd totally recommend applying if you've got a good handle on Agile basics and other core concepts. It's a great chance with a great company.
