Behavioral Technical Presentation

This is the second job offer I've received from this company. The first time they contacted me on LinkedIn and then ghosted me after the first interview, even though I showed interest. This second time, four months later, I got to the 'Case Study' stage, which comes before an interview with managers. They had me develop some HTML pages from a Figma file, but the team behind the feedback didn't even emulate all the files to build a reasonable feedback. Even though I hosted it on my server and sent a .zip file containing them, they pointed out several reasons for rejection that weren't accurate, and only one 'pro'. I'd say the whole process was a waste of time. I spent my holiday working on it with no extension on the deadline, and the result was another waste of time with this company that contacted me, not the other way around.

Behavioral Presentation

The process was straightforward and as outlined. It started with a call with talent, followed by a stage with the hiring manager, and concluded with a final stage that involved a presentation. Despite everyone being friendly, I'm very disappointed about being ghosted and not receiving any feedback after significant preparation and effort. It's been over a month, and I still haven't heard anything. This is a major red flag, and it feels like a good thing given they can't be bothered to respond to candidates this late, showing they don't care about people or are extremely unorganized.

Technical Behavioral

This hiring procedure took about two months and had eight interviews, which included technical and behavioral parts, plus two SQL tests. First, the recruiter said they didn't know the salary range for the job and would let me know soon. Even after I followed up twice by email, after doing the tests and interviews over two months, I still hadn't heard back about the salary. No one answered my questions about it. After my seventh interview with the Director of Business Intelligence, they emailed me a week later saying the team liked me and thought I'd be a good fit as a Senior Business Insights Analyst at Mindbody, without asking me first, even though I applied for the BI Analyst II role. After the eighth interview, I got rejected. I felt pretty disrespected by the recruiter and the company. Their ratings were not great either, 3.2 for ClassPass and 3.3 for Mindbody. Also, the original job I applied for was posted again on LinkedIn. They said they were 'very impressed,' so it would have been nice to understand why I was rejected, but I don't expect to hear back.

Behavioral Case Behavioral Behavioral

So the interview process kicked off with a quick 20-minute chat with a recruiter where they asked some standard behavioral questions. After that, I had to complete a case study, which was basically a test to see how I handle client emails. Then, there was a Zoom interview with two people who currently work there. The last step was a final chat with the hiring manager. Everyone I spoke with was really nice and professional, and they were happy to answer anything I asked. Even though I didn't end up getting the job, it was still a pretty good experience overall.
