Sales Associate
I got an initial email that led to a phone screen. They said I'd be invited to schedule an onsite interview. This email came super fast, but after I gave my availability, I never heard back. I followed up and they said the interview could be virtual or onsite, whatever I preferred. I said I preferred virtual, but they never scheduled it. Then I got an automated email saying they weren't moving forward with my application. So confusing and unprofessional.

Sales Associate
It was a one-on-one meeting, a pretty conversational interview with standard questions. We chatted about our backgrounds, and then they asked about 4 or 5 specific things. It was only a half-hour long, and I got to ask my questions at the end.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Can you share an instance where you had to really push yourself to accomplish something?
Sales Associate
So, the first interview, no one even showed up for it. Then two days later, I get an email saying the spot's been filled. Fast forward two months, they email me again asking for an interview because that person bailed. No apologies or anything though.
- What's your notice period?
