Analog Design Engineer
HR contacted me for a screen call and described the process. After that, I had an initial screen with the manager where we reviewed my resume and I was asked to give a brief overview of an op amp design I worked on.
- What are the ways to increase the gain of a 5T OTA?
- What are the methods to stabilize a two-stage OTA?
Digital Engineer
It was an online interview, with both an analogue and a digital team member present. They mostly asked about my CV and some technical questions about digital topics. Even though it's a digital engineer role, they really focused on analogue understanding.
- Can you elaborate on digital adders within audio applications?
- Regarding audio signals, did you think about clipping as a possibility instead of overflow?
Electronics Engineer
The interview consisted mostly of technical questions, with a few about my experience and going through my CV. The technical questions themselves weren't too difficult. The interviewers were nice, which helped me stay calm during the process.
- What's your understanding of our company?
- Could you tell me about your previous experiences?
- Can you go over your CV with me?
Assistant Manager
the first round was a 30-minute aptitude test with questions on logic, math, and data interpretation. the second round focused on technical skills—i was asked about data structures, algorithms, and past projects. the final round was with HR, where we discussed my motivation, work style, and cultural fit. each round was exactly 30 minutes, and the interviewers were professional and clear. the questions were challenging but fair, and the experience gave me a strong impression of Crete’s high standards and thoughtful hiring approach.
- Can you write a function to find the length of the longest consecutive sequence in an unsorted array of integers, ensuring an O(n) time complexity?
- Tell me about your motivation for this position.
- How would you describe your work style and your approach to teamwork?
