I had an initial call with a senior HR person who was pretty insistent on asking about my base salary, even after I mentioned I wasn't comfortable sharing it. She kept pushing, saying it's standard practice even for directors. After that, I had a screening interview and then a final round, both of which were great. I enjoyed chatting with the team members and they were quick to give me their decision, which was appreciated.

A recruiter reached out to me and passed my resume along to the hiring manager. Following that, I had a phone interview where we discussed the basics of analog design. Then, I was invited to their main office in Austin for a series of interviews. I met with about 10 different people. They wanted me to look at circuits and explain how they performed in terms of noise, frequency, and power. Everyone I met was really friendly and gave me plenty of time to share my thoughts. What they really care about is your thought process. Just be patient with yourself through it all.

Went through two interview rounds. First round focused on RTL design for a traffic light controller, checking how I design according to coding guidelines and my understanding of design. Second round was about RTL logic for a clock divider by 3.
