HR contacted me for a screen call and described the process. After that, I had an initial screen with the manager where we reviewed my resume and I was asked to give a brief overview of an op amp design I worked on.

The interview process started with a phone screen, followed by an invitation for an interview and a request for references. My references had to complete a questionnaire before the onsite interview. The onsite interview was unexpectedly postponed once. Cirrus's travel agency handled my travel arrangements from the SF Bay Area to Austin, booking flights that weren't direct, despite direct options being available. The agency also booked my hotel and a rental car. I was given a map showing parking options, but the visitor garage was full by 8:15 AM, and one of the other lots was no longer for Cirrus employees. I first met with their recruiter and then went from one interviewer to another, returning to the meeting room multiple times. Some interviewers seemed surprised to be conducting an interview, with one even saying 'O no'. I was asked to bring extra resumes, which proved useful as one interviewer couldn't access my resume on their screen and needed a hard copy.

Got an email a couple months after applying. First up was a 45 min video chat where they talked about the job and my motivations, experience, and resume stuff. Some technical questions about past projects popped up too. About two weeks later, I scheduled the next interview. It kicked off with a 45 min HR chat, mostly for my questions and to hear about the office and company vibe. Then I had to do a 10 min presentation + 20 min Q&A on a past project, followed by a 90 min technical interview with basic analog circuit questions, like an opamp in inverting config or a single BJT amp with emitter degeneration. The interviewers were cool, more into how I thought than just the answers, helping out when I got stuck. I took another offer before they could decide.
