It was a group interview with about 40 people. Usually, there's a test, but in my case, it was just talking about my experiences, availability, name, if I had kids, and other similar things. It was very quick. All the managers were there. It was for a new store, so I think I passed. But I noticed during interviews at the drive-thru that more questions are asked, but they explain everything clearly.

The interview for a cashier at Burger King is typically quite simple and centers on your customer service abilities, if you're reliable, and if you work well with others. They often ask why you're interested in working there, how you'd manage during a busy time, and your approach to handling challenging customers. Your availability and how you feel about tasks like managing money, taking orders, and maintaining a clean work area might also be reviewed. Generally, it's a brief and chatty interview designed to see if you can offer friendly service, remain composed when things get hectic, and be a good fit for a fast-paced team.

For this role, they'll ask about your past work experience. If you're familiar with safety rules and operating a fryer, you'll go through some video training on a table for a couple of days. After that, you might be assigned as a cook or cashier.

It's a straightforward process where you first chat with the Manager who will go over benefits, daily tasks, and ask about your management and leadership experience. If you get through that first interview, you'll move on to speak with the District Manager, where you'll revisit the points from the first interview. Should you pass the second interview, there's a third with HR to assess your profile for the role.
