Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Burger King.
Associate
It was a pretty chill and easy interview process. Just be ready to chat about stuff you did at your old jobs. Make sure you've thought about your strengths and weaknesses and can give a bunch of examples. Also, have some questions to ask them.
- Could you tell me about yourself and your previous work experiences?
Senior Associate
The process was very friendly and easy. They asked about my availability and how I work with others. Typically, you'll hear back within a week if you're selected for the position. About 10 people were interviewed.
- Could you describe your availability?
Associate
The interview started with a call asking for the manager. The interviews themselves were easy, but I didn't think it was worth staying. It was a chaotic environment with a lot of drama, and I didn't end up liking it.
- Can you tell me about your personality?
