The interview process is pretty much the same as what others have posted. But for the superday I went to, there were only two parts: the business simulation game and then panel interviews if you moved on. They cut around 80% of the people after lunch, and some really smart folks from top schools who seemed to do great in the simulation got cut. I was one of the four candidates left for the panel interviews. My take on the simulation: it's obvious they aren't looking for someone who's just about the numbers. They also don't want someone who makes snap decisions, is too loud, or prefers working alone over being open in a group. Make sure to TALK through the simulation as much as possible. WORK TOGETHER with the others. Ask them questions and make smart, rational decisions AS A TEAM. Compliment others' ideas but don't be scared to share your own. You'll notice many reviews mention the observers are on their phones. This is a test. Even though it seems rude and distracting, ignore it and focus on showing how well you work in a team because they are definitely watching and taking notes. For the panel interviews, definitely check Glassdoor for the questions; every question the C-level execs asked was posted by someone before. Yes, they put you under pressure, it's a test. Stay calm and show them how you logically solve the brain teasers. If you don't know an answer, they won't judge. Some reviews make the execs sound mean, but they're actually nice and have a sense of humor. Go with it and try to relax. My main advice: 1. be yourself. 2. get familiar with what to expect on superday so you don't freak out during rapid-fire questions.

First, there was an HR call. Then, I had to answer pre-set video questions. It was just recording and uploading them. Some of the questions I found pretty weird and couldn't answer all of them within the 2 minutes I had for each recording. The hardest one was 'what would your friends tell about you?' — tough to come up with on the spot.

First round was a 30-minute behavioral chat, pretty straightforward. Then, a 2-hour interview followed, split into a 1-hour case study and another hour of deeper behavioral questions. The final round involved a trip to HQ in Miami, Florida, for a full 8-hour day that ended with meeting the executives and CEO.
