The interview process was quite straightforward and simple, involving just one interview at the serving table. The questions asked were direct, and I found the manager very approachable. There wasn't any further process after that; they simply made their selection.

I applied through my college and the first interview was an on-campus group session, which was a bit intense. The next round was a pretty straightforward Skype call about business/pricing decisions. After that, I was flown out to the BK headquarters in Miami for the super-day. About 12 of us participated in a business game and a tour, and then around noon, half of the candidates were cut. I made it to the final panel interview with 5 other people where they really challenged my resume and asked me questions that required quick thinking. I didn't end up getting an offer, but the company culture seemed a bit toxic. They promote people very quickly, but this also leads to high turnover, so it's not a big deal.
