Manager
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. I had a phone interview that was about 30 mins long, and then an in person interview that was about 45mins long. Most of the questions were scenario based questions and also questions to get to know me more. I felt comfortable throughout the process.
- How do you handle a stressful day?
Field Manager
Very good, the interviewer makes you feel comfortable. Simple communication, well organized in explaining the role and attentive when we speak. They ask about previous experiences and allow you to share your points and questions freely.
- What is your experience in the field?
Manager
I applied in person and got a call back about a week later. Then I had a 30-minute in-person interview. It was pretty easy. They asked about customer service, cleanliness, and respecting others. There were also some scenario questions about dealing with tough customers.
- How would you handle a challenging customer?
- Tell me about your approach to customer service.
- What's your view on maintaining a clean environment?
