It was a straightforward, typical interview process for an entry-level sales position. The interviewer was nice, and overall it was a good experience. They were really quick to let me know about the next steps. The questions were about my past experience, my desire to grow in the role, and times I dealt with difficult customers.

The interview process was clearly laid out. I went through two phone interviews and then four in-person interviews at their Austin office. After completing all the interviews, I was asked to wait, but then I didn't hear back. Despite several follow-ups, I was eventually informed that they had decided to promote someone internally.

The process was slow, they said they needed to fill the role urgently. After two weeks, I had the first interview and had to chase them for updates at every step. It took two months and four interviews, and I was waiting for the last one when they told me they decided to stop the search until next year. I got no feedback on my performance, which felt like a waste of my time.

I had a call with the talent manager, who mostly talked about the company and his hiring history, without asking about me. Then, I interviewed with the Int. Marketing Manager, who was friendly and asked about my experience, motivations, and desired company type. Next, I had a second interview with the Marketing Manager, who was also friendly and asked more about my campaign experience and general behavioral questions. There were supposed to be three rounds. The process was fast until the end, when I had to ask for an update and received a generic email saying they were going with another candidate. I haven't received any feedback yet, even though I was far into the process.
