Sales Development Representative
The process was slow, they said they needed to fill the role urgently. After two weeks, I had the first interview and had to chase them for updates at every step. It took two months and four interviews, and I was waiting for the last one when they told me they decided to stop the search until next year. I got no feedback on my performance, which felt like a waste of my time.
- Can you tell us about your past experience?
- What experience do you have that is relevant for a SDR position?
Sales Development Representative
I went through a phone screening first. It went well, so I got a second interview, which was via Google Meets. Unfortunately, I didn't do well enough in that round and they decided to go with someone else. My advice is to link your skills, passion, and company values to your own values. If you do that, you'll be fine. Recruiters are looking for that connection. I've only been interested in SaaS sales for a week and I've already landed 5 interviews, with 2 of those being second interviews. Good luck!
- Can you share your background story?
- Describe how you would manage a challenging coworker or a supervisor with whom you disagree.
- What are your hobbies or leisure activities?
Sales Development Representative
I went through a few rounds, including some sales scenarios, and finished with an interview with the Director of Sales Development. It was a really great experience. The team was happy to answer any questions I had.
- Can you share an instance where you took the lead on a project?
