Behavioral Other

I went through a few interview rounds, including a take-home exercise. Everyone I met from the teams was really nice, and HR was helpful the whole way. I actually interviewed with two different departments at BC, and both experiences were great.

Behavioral Technical

It was a straightforward, typical interview process for an entry-level sales position. The interviewer was nice, and overall it was a good experience. They were really quick to let me know about the next steps. The questions were about my past experience, my desire to grow in the role, and times I dealt with difficult customers.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I was contacted by a recruiter after a referral and we discussed the role basics. I was then given an assignment to create an online store. After that, I had a 30-45 min video call with the direct manager. The process was going well until I had to fly across the country to meet the team in person. I had a 20 min face-to-face meeting with my prospective manager and then sat in on their weekly "All-Hands" Meeting. I was told the final interview round would be remote the following week because the CRO was supposedly traveling. Turns out the CRO was in the office that day. I then met with two team members for about 10-15 minutes before one said they had to leave. I was then escorted out and told I'd "definitely" move on to the next step (a call with the CRO, which was already scheduled). I got an email the next Monday saying I was out of the running. No response or explanation was given.
