Started with three interviews, which initially involved a disorganized recruiter and his abusive manager. Despite numerous red flags, I proceeded, hoping to secure a role with their client. The interview deviated significantly from the recruiter's description, with the interviewers seeming more focused on understanding their client's questions rather than assessing my fit. As a woman, I successfully articulated my experience and handled the technical questions. However, I was then subjected to intrusive questions, and subsequently mocked for my honest responses. The recruiter's earlier claims of numerous opportunities post-interview were retracted, citing a poor market, which felt like a waste of time and was a very off-putting experience.

Behavioral Technical

This was, without a doubt, the worst interview experience I have ever had. I went through two phone interviews, four in-person interviews at one location, and a fifth in another. After all these interviews, I received positive feedback and felt hopeful about the outcome. However, despite repeatedly reaching out for updates, I never received a response. The lack of courtesy in not informing me about their decision or providing any closure was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. If they can't even manage a simple follow-up after multiple rounds of interviews, it raises concerns about how they handle client and candidate relationships. I recommend staying away from this company.

It was pretty straightforward. I had an initial chat with a recruiter, then talked to someone else who was in a specific location, and finally went for an on-site to see the office and meet the team. The last part was a panel interview.

I applied to a job on LinkedIn. A recruiter called me a few days later and asked me to come to their office in person to review my resume and discuss my interests. She was really insistent on an in-person meeting. Before that, I had to complete a long form asking for personal and professional references, plus a list of jobs I'd applied for in the last six months. When I went in, she had a new person with her who was shadowing. We talked about my resume for about 10 minutes, and then she said they didn't have any jobs available right now. She sent me an email afterward and told me to let her know if I was interviewing for other positions. It's been a month since then, and I haven't heard anything. I think these recruitment agencies are just trying to hit their numbers and collect your personal data. It bothers me that they ask for references and other job application info before any offer is made. I also suspect they might have contacted my personal references without my permission to get them to interview. They don't explain how they keep or for how long they store this data. Just a heads up, they're focused on their quotas and commissions.
