Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Beacon Hill.
Sales Associate
I had a call with one of the other associates. It was very fast-paced. They didn't seem to be fully listening to me, just wanting to move on to the next question as quickly as possible. I thought the questions were easy, but the interviewer didn't really seem to care at all. This was after a recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin.
- Do you consider yourself competitive or enjoy competitive environments?
Sales Associate
The interview process was very conversational. There were quite a few interviews, but it felt less stressful than other job interviews I've had. The initial interviews were quite professional, but the later ones were less so, which affected my decision.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Sales Associate
It was a pretty extensive interview process, with several rounds of interviews involving lots of managers and Account Managers on the sales team. The last part was a super-day where a bunch of people came into the room to interview me. It was a really fun process, and I got to meet a lot of people and get a good vibe for the company and how they work.
- What makes you want to work here?
- How are you a better candidate than others?
