First, you need to register on-site when you get to the interview location. Then, the staff will check your documents to make sure you're eligible. After that, you'll draw lots to figure out which room you're in and your interview order, and you'll wait in the waiting area. When it's your turn, you'll go into the room for the main interview. Once the interview is done and the interviewers don't have any more questions, they'll let you know it's finished, and you can leave. You'll get notified about the results later via SMS or email. If you get a medical checkup notice, it means you passed. If you don't hear back, you probably didn't get the job.

It was a long and frustrating experience. I had an in-person interview in London, then a management interview, and finally an HR background check. After that, I was informed the position had been changed. The HR suggested another role, but that one also ended up being changed. It was a complete waste of a couple of months.

Honestly, every single time I've applied, interviewed, and received rejection after rejection from this company makes me question what are their recruitment practices?! I have been reached out to by third-party recruitment agencies like Michael Page that this company is looking for "X" position to fill this role. Only for nothing to amount to anything. I've also applied myself to their openings with no responses or even with a response, left ghosted. I don't think they're looking to hire anybody, they're just doing the illusion of it. If you see an opening from them, just don't bother wasting your time.
