Had initial contact from a recruiting company, then an interview with HR and the manager, which all happened pretty fast, within about a week. But then it took almost two months to get a result, with no feedback at all.

There were two interviewers in this process, one from the RM team and another from HR. The RM officer was the one asking all the questions, while the HR person remained silent throughout the interview. The questions asked were general in nature.

the interview process was consisted with one phone interview and one on-site interview. the first round interview was conducted over the phone with a hiring manager who asked me some behavioral questions. It lasted about 20 minutes . the second interview was invited to a local office and met with two senior managers who asked some in depth finance questions .like whats a martingale .risk models and etc
