It was a long and frustrating experience. I had an in-person interview in London, then a management interview, and finally an HR background check. After that, I was informed the position had been changed. The HR suggested another role, but that one also ended up being changed. It was a complete waste of a couple of months.

So, there are usually about 2 to 3 interviews. First, you'll have a phone chat with HR. If they think you're a good fit, they'll reach out to set up the next interview, which might be in person if you're in the New York area.
