So the interview process includes talking with the managers and HR. You might have to prep a presentation, like a PPT. The questions are pretty general. Fluency in Mandarin is a must, really recommended. For senior positions, they'll ask about your professional background.

First, I had a phone interview with HR. Then, I had a personal interview with the manager, which was the first round. After waiting about a week, I had another interview with the CEO. The questions weren't too hard.
