Interviews were small panels (1-4 peers for the role) or one-on-one with executives. Sessions were scheduled for 50 minutes and always stuck to the scheduled times. Interviewers introduced themselves, asked the candidate for a short intro then proceeded to ask questions in a "round robin" style, saving the last 15 minutes or so of the interview for the candidate to ask questions.

I had an interview with the lead engineer and then with some of the younger engineers on the team. They showed me around the factory and explained what they do and how they do it. Everyone seemed pretty nice. I had to decline the offer for reasons outside of my control, but I would suggest it to others if they are looking for a job in that area.

Applied and got an email to set up a quick 10-15 minute phone chat. After that, I got another email to book an in-person interview. The in-person was pretty chill with two interviewers. They mostly asked STAR method questions from a list they had. Sadly, after the in-person, they totally ghosted me. No calls or emails back from the recruiters. (This ghosting really made me think less of the company.)

I had a good interview and got a verbal job offer the next day in June 2021. However, I haven't heard back since and the company has ghosted me. I followed up with the recruiter every two weeks and was always given excuses for why I hadn't received an official offer or why they stopped communicating. It seems like other applicants are in the same situation, and the onboarding process at Ball is apparently disorganized. If you apply, be prepared for potential ghosting and the need to proactively follow up to get any information.
