I applied online and then got an email to set up a phone interview. The interview was pretty chill, and the hiring manager was really nice. It lasted about 30 minutes and I was asked around 5 or 6 usual interview questions. No technical stuff though.

The interview process for this role didn't involve any technical questions. Instead, it was a phone call focused on assessing my workplace behavior and overall fit for the team. The interviewer was really nice, and the goal wasn't to make me feel stressed or to really test my technical expertise. The whole thing took about an hour, and it was the only interview I had for the position.

I had one phone interview with three people from the company. They asked some general background questions and a few technical questions about projects I did in school. It felt pretty relaxed and welcoming, and the person who set up the interview knew my professor and that I was a TA for them.
