BA Continuum India Interview Questions

The interview process was straightforward. I went through 3 interview rounds with Senior Level managers before receiving an offer. The recruiter was responsive throughout and clearly explained the role and responsibilities.

It was a detailed three round technical interview process. The first round was with the development team, followed by the manager, and finally the onsite manager. There are two distinct office environments: one from the legacy Merrill Lynch, which is very investment bank-like, and the other from Bank of America itself, a more conservative consumer bank. My experience was only in the Merrill Lynch office, which was very open and engaging. The interviews were heavily technology-focused and traditional, with straightforward web development questions.

I had a call from the recruiter, then a 1st Level interview on the phone with the Recruiter. After that, I had another interview with a different staffing Team member. The 3rd Level interview was with the Recruiting Business manager, followed by the 4th Level with the Delivery leader. The 5th Level was an HR Salary discussion.
