So, first, staffing agencies usually handle the hiring. You'll start with a JAM session, and if you make the cut, you move on. Next up is a written test covering mental ability, arithmetic, and English. After that, there's a typing test, then a round with the line manager. If they think it's needed, you might have another technical or skill-based interview. If you pass all that, you'll have an HR round, and then they'll send you the offer letter.
There were three rounds in total. The first was with the India team, and it was technical. They also asked some questions to understand you better and check your fitment and interest. The other two rounds were with the US team, and they were technical/general.
It was a nice experience, I had a written test that was followed by an HR round and an Operations round. The written test, which included Reasoning, Aptitude, and English, was easy for me. The HR round was a basic interview to know more about me, my experience, and my project experience.
