BA Continuum India Team Leader interviews, decoded.

I had a call from the recruiter, then a 1st Level interview on the phone with the Recruiter. After that, I had another interview with a different staffing Team member. The 3rd Level interview was with the Recruiting Business manager, followed by the 4th Level with the Delivery leader. The 5th Level was an HR Salary discussion.

The hiring and interview process is transparent. It's time-consuming, though, from the first round to the final offer. It's a lengthy process involving HR, an Ops round, and then the onshore round.

BOA came to our campus to hire fresh MBA grads. For me, there were 3 rounds of interviews (though some students had 4!). It included 2 technical interviews, each lasting about an hour, and 1 HR round. The questions covered basic finance, corporate finance, and financial institutions and markets.
